Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions our support desk actually receives, grouped the way people ask them: getting started, money and results, the platform itself, risk, your account, and getting help.
General use
Fill in the registration form on the homepage or the account page with your name, email, phone number and a password. Your personal manager then calls you within 24 hours to confirm the details and arrange verification and activation.
No. The platform was designed for people without professional trading experience: the analysis runs automatically, prepared strategies are documented in plain language, and a personal manager supports every step. Lack of experience does not mean lack of risk, though, so the Risk disclosure still applies in full.
Yes. The dashboard and reports work in a modern mobile browser, and alerts reach you by email wherever you are. Day-to-day checking, pausing a strategy and requesting a withdrawal all work from a phone.
Registration, the platform tour with your manager, market monitoring and the reporting dashboard are all part of the service with no separate charge. Costs begin only with trading activity, and every cost is shown before the action that triggers it.
Fees and results
Account opening, maintenance, custody, deposits and withdrawals are free; a trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, conversion of up to 1.50% and variable spreads apply to activity. The exact figure for any action is shown before you confirm it, and the full schedule is on the Fees and pricing page.
No, and any platform that tells you otherwise should be avoided. Trading can lose money, including the whole amount you commit, and results in the past never predict results ahead. What the platform offers is disciplined execution and monitoring, not certainty.
Any time, with no minimum holding period. PayPal withdrawals usually complete within 24 hours, online banking transfers in 1 to 3 business days, and LINX, Visa or Mastercard in 1 to 5 business days. The Withdrawal policy covers the full detail.
Platform features and settings
Yes. Once a strategy is active, the platform scans markets, acts within the limits you set, and pauses when volatility exceeds them. You can adjust limits or pause everything at any time from the dashboard.
Yes. Strategies, asset pairs, exposure share, drawdown pause level and alert preferences are each set individually, so you can run a narrow, quiet configuration or a broader one. Your manager helps you match the settings to what you actually want from the first week.
You receive email alerts for security events, strategy pauses and withdrawal status changes, and the marketing versus transactional split follows the Terms of Use. Security alerts stay on while the account is active; everything else you can tune from settings.
Risks
Yes. All trading in financial markets and digital assets carries the risk of loss, up to the total of what you deposited. Risk controls reduce, but never remove, that exposure.
Positions follow their standing rules: drawdown limits pause activity when losses reach the level you set, and the platform can stand aside entirely during extreme volatility. Pauses limit further damage but cannot unwind losses already incurred, and gaps in fast markets can move past set levels.
No. Compliance with the applicable requirements governs how the platform operates, verifies clients and handles complaints. It does not insure trading results or remove investment risk, and our Licensing page says so explicitly.
Security and your account
Accounts are protected by two-step verification, login alerts, scoped API keys without withdrawal permission, and an audited record of every change. Funds move only through payment methods in your own verified name. None of this removes market risk on open positions.
Contact support from your registered email and a controlled recovery runs through identity verification, described on the Security page. It is deliberately manual so that a stolen inbox alone cannot take over an account.
Only the support and compliance roles that operationally need it, with every access logged and reviewed. Verification providers and hosting partners work under contract on our instructions, and the Privacy Policy lists each category of recipient and why.
Help and support
Write to [email protected] with your account reference and a description of what you see versus what you expected. Most issues resolve in the first reply, and anything security-related is escalated immediately.
The manager is assigned at registration and calls within 24 hours, during support hours. The same person stays with your account afterwards, which is deliberate: continuity beats re-explaining your setup to a new voice each time.
Email [email protected] with Complaint in the subject line. The Complaints page describes the stages, timelines and escalation route in full.
